Excellent service from the Sales Executive. Not just on this occasion but earlier too. I must admit that my experience with some other sales staff of SOTC (different branch) has not been as helpful. It is for this reason that I approached the staff at the Kandivali branch when I reside a short distance from the Dadar West branch.

Booked a group tour with SOTC to Europe for 15 days. This was our first foreign tour and hence worried in the beginning about all processes. However sales staff Mrs Pranali Jarag of Kandivali branch has solved our doubt/problems and guided us properly for all procedures. She is polite, humble, courteous and good nature. Due to her guidance our tour became very smooth and hassle free. Shri Nikhil Mastana and Shri Swapnil Mehtar has helped us a lot for visa formalities. Our tour manager Shri Deepak Karkera was excellent and had full knowledge of all Europian countries. He is polite, courteous and very helpful. His skills to rope in one channel to recreate the oneness to all states in one nation is highly appreciated. Excellent hotel arrangement and Indian food everywhere. Once again special thanks to Mrs.Pranali Jarag, Nikhil Mastana, Swapnil Mehtar and Deepak Karkera.. No words to express further. Thanks to SOTC

We booked a family private trip with SOTC to Singapore and had an amazing experience. Everything was meticulously taken care of and it was very smooth and hassle free process. Family trips abroad are not easy to plan and execute but with professionals from SOTC on your side you don’t need to worry at all. The visa was issued in February itself but after much persuasion we were able to get the tickets only 2 days before journey. This led to lot of anxiety on my part
Overall the tour was well planned excellent hotel arrangement as well as Indian food everywhere

Our holidays for Kashmir were from 29th April to 6th May 2023.
Initially there was an error for the booked date from a staff at your end.
But Ms.Pranali has taken over and sorted out our problems.
A part from that our trip was comfortable and sightseeings were very good.
Our hotels specially Sultan Resort and Hotel Sejour Luxury were of an international standard.
Our tour manager Mr.Ishan Patel was too good at managing our trip with all aspects.
Finally when our return flight got cancelled , within no time the next flight was arranged with no extra charges on us by SOTC/ Thomas Cook.
Finally it was a memorable trip.

Overall good. Hotel needs to be better. First day the yatch ride food was forgotten by the chef and had to wait till 11 pm till we got back to the hotel. About dhabi day trip was waste of money as we didn't have a proper tour guide and wasted lot of time and we didn't get half day at the yas mall or Ferrari world just 3hrs that's it. Visa should be on time as I was stuck for exchange and had to fight for it. Request was missing for early check in as I was traveling a day early but when the tour came people were given early check ins. Food daily I was served with paneer only because I was jain. Small things needs to improve and need to cover places that was required.
