Excellent service from the Sales Executive. Not just on this occasion but earlier too. I must admit that my experience with some other sales staff of SOTC (different branch) has not been as helpful. It is for this reason that I approached the staff at the Kandivali branch when I reside a short distance from the Dadar West branch.

Booked a group tour with SOTC to Europe for 15 days. This was our first foreign tour and hence worried in the beginning about all processes. However sales staff Mrs Pranali Jarag of Kandivali branch has solved our doubt/problems and guided us properly for all procedures. She is polite, humble, courteous and good nature. Due to her guidance our tour became very smooth and hassle free. Shri Nikhil Mastana and Shri Swapnil Mehtar has helped us a lot for visa formalities. Our tour manager Shri Deepak Karkera was excellent and had full knowledge of all Europian countries. He is polite, courteous and very helpful. His skills to rope in one channel to recreate the oneness to all states in one nation is highly appreciated. Excellent hotel arrangement and Indian food everywhere. The visa was issued in February itself but after much persuasion we were able to get the tickets only 2 days before journey. This led to lot of anxiety on my part
