We are giving feedback in 3 Stages:
1) *BOOKING & VISA*: Ms Hritika Randive has given Very Good Co-operation for Booking of Australia and Newzealand Tour.
Mr. Ajay Baghel explained Very Nicely the Process of VISA and Promptly done the Process within short period
2) *HOTELS & RESTAURANTS*: Some Hotels provided were Very Good and at the Heart of the City.
Some Indian Restaurants provided Good Foods. Specially at Gold Coast "Sankalpa" Restaurant given EXCELLENT Foods. In this Veg. & Non-Veg dishes were placed at least 12 Feets always. So that Vegetarian Peoples were Very Happy & there were no any chance to mix. They made EXCELLENT ARRANGEMENTS to serve the Food also.
3) TOUR GUIDE: Ms Neeta Moghe was our Tour Guide. She is Very Helpful and have DEEP KNOWLEDGE about the Importance & History of Place. Every day She has given pre information & explained in details during actual Visit. Before starting the day Tour She Prayed Lord Ganesh & Suryadev. So that whole day was very Enthusiastic and Full of Energy. She always talked freely & friendly. She is Very adjustable. All Peoples were Very Happy about her Behaviour. Everyone prayed for her BEST wishes, Carrier & Future
Over all whole Tour (Australia & Newzealand was very Informative and Interesting. We all are Very Happy.

Our trip to Mauritius. The experience with SOTC except for initial teething issues during booking has been excellent. The hotel was very nice and comfortable, three days were planned for sightseeing were very nicely planned. This all came at a good price is also noteworthy

I took the Cordelia Cruises voyage to Aggati Island (Lakshwadweep) and back. The cruise started on January 22 and ended on January 26, 2024. It was truly an enjoyable and satisfying experience. At first I had no intention of going for this cruise, in fact I never gave any thought to it. It was Ms Sharmishtha Chavan of SOTC Pune who strongly recommended it; I am so glad she did, so thank you Sharmishtha 😊. Thank you very much indeed.
What I observed and experienced was that Cordelia Cruises follows a very high standard of hospitality, this made the holiday satisfying and memorable.

Really our Newzealand tour from 23rd October 2023 to 1st November 2023 was very nice accomodation, Bus coach, Indian food were very good. Our tour guide Ms. Sonali was also explained every visited places in detailed. She covered all destinations mentioned in itenery.
Also received good help from SOTC pune office staff for Visa process and tickets arrangement from time to time.

The whole trip was planned and executed meticulously. It was unfortunate that we couldn't see the Jai Vilas palace and museum, as it was closed the day we were in Gwalior.....boo Mondays! All other aspects were managed perfectly. Thank you indeed to Sharmishtha for organising the trip at such short notice! I have recommended the trip to all my friends and so has my mother! MP sach mein ajab aur gazab hai!
