We searched on line for tours to off beat countries , We then picked SOTC thay have a package covering Azerbaizan , Georgia, Armenia , Mr. Vint Giri at their Vashi Office helped us plan the trip , he did a good job of customising our trip regarding extended stay in Armenia .

The hotels and food excellent in all four places except hotel Gppl Heritage Hotel LLP in Udaipur.

We had booked Lakshadweep cruise tour through SOTC Vashi office. SOTC representative Mr Haresh Gaikar attended us . He is very courteous , helpful and guided us in the booking. Had a wonderful experience with SOTC, Vashi Branch. After looking at the online package offers, we approached the local office as few of the package itineraries were suiting us. We were heartily welcome by the excutive. He spent sufficient time with us explaining all our queries including few comparatives with competitors. That was quite convincing. He gave uas a good deal keeping within his itinerary framework and overall policy. He took all cares to collect initial cheques and other documents from our house as few of the things we did not carry. We were happy and became very positive about undertaking future travels also through them. Credit goes to Mr Haresh Gaikar for his warm and proactive approaches. Only negative point about SOTC, Vashi is the approach and entrance to their Vashi office. It may make customers apprehensive about their repute and capabilities. They should consider taking an office in a more prominent place with decent approaches having better visibility.
