Overall tour was okay except that hotel room in Dwarka was little small.

Had a wonderful experience with SOTC, Vashi Branch. After looking at the online package offers, we approached the local office as few of the package itineraries were suiting us. We were heartily welcome by the excutive. He spent sufficient time with us explaining all our queries including few comparatives with competitors. That was quite convincing. He gave uas a good deal keeping within his itinerary framework and overall policy. He took all cares to collect initial cheques and other documents from our house as few of the things we did not carry. We were happy and became very positive about undertaking future travels also through them. Credit goes to Mr Haresh Gaikar for his warm and proactive approaches. Only negative point about SOTC, Vashi is the approach and entrance to their Vashi office. It may make customers apprehensive about their repute and capabilities. They should consider taking an office in a more prominent place with decent approaches having better visibility.

Haresh bhai a sales manager from Vashi is a gem of a person who helped our whole group in booking process , payment and convinced us for the tour costs hotels and services .He patiently listened to all our queries and answered without getting irritated. He has also promised to serve jain food. Few attractions which were not included in costs that he added and made us feel good about it. SOTC had organized a private tour of Uttarakhand. Good selection of hotels at Rishikesh and Mussoorie with dedicated vehicle service. We really enjoyed our stay at

We booked the Splendid Europe tour with SOTC through Haresh Gaikar from the Mumbai office, for my mother who is a senior citizen and was traveling alone. He was very helpful in arranging the tour and coordinated the entire process including visa, flight booking etc
My mother enjoyed the tour very much, and SOTC arranged for Indian vegetarian meals through the tour. The hotels in the package were very nice and the visit to multiple iconic places across Europe made it a very memorable trip

We had a very good and wonderful experiance in our Scandinavian Summer 2025 tour conducted from 8th May to 19th May 2025. The accomodation, food and way of conducting the tour is excellent. I really appreciate in designing the tour package ie itinerary which has given immence joy and happyness.
"Norway in Nutshell" day tour is a jewel in this sightseeing tour. No words to express journey by cruezs, boats etc.
The museum VASA is highlight. Through this tour not only we enjoyed the nature, beauty but also we could know the history of each country being explained.
The tour manager Mr Gaurav Wakharkar nicely conducted the tour. Mr Gaurav use to advise us on daily basis for every next days claimate details, type of cloth to wear, precautions to be taken, checking whether all the persons had food or not attending all while boarding and deboarding the bus of cruez etc along with talking attendance and Our special thanks to him.
Further for selection of this tour Mr Vinit Giri has played a vital role and time to time given hid guidance right from the begining and answering our queries to our satisfaction on time. Eventhough Mr Giri Vinit is not physically reachable, always he is at our back with his support in all aspects like billing, collection, Visa information/help, ticketing and documentation etc
This is our second trip with SOTC and we are proud to be SOTC Travellers
