We recently traveled to Sri Lanka with SOTC Holidays, and it was a truly memorable experience! The itinerary was very well-planned by Purva and Team … keeping the places in mind we wanted to visit. Hotels were clean and well-located, and the transfers were smooth and punctual.
Our tour manager/guide and Driver was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout. The visits to the beaches, and cultural sites gave us a perfect mix of relaxation and exploration.
What we really appreciated was the attention to detail and hassle-free arrangements – everything from meals to sightseeing was thoughtfully organized. SOTC made the trip stress-free, allowing us to just enjoy the beauty and warmth of Sri Lanka.

My entire experience with SOTC from inquiry to booking, to the actual tour was very good. At every point, all of the staff were extremely professional and helpful and answered all our queries patiently. Special mention to Vikas Poojary and Rahul Chouhan for tour and visa related queries, for their assistance and helpfulness. The tour managers Mandar Chindarkar and Vinod Kshirsagar were excellent. They gave detailed information about all the places we were to visit and schedules in advance. They also briefed us in detail before border crossing and immigration to ensure it went smoothly. Overall my experience with SOTC was excellent and highly recommended. Professional, well trained staff with a helpful and approachable attitude who are genuinely interested in providing a wonderful experience to their customers.

We booked With SOTC a group tour to USA. Great American Experience. It was 11 nights and 12 days covering east and west. Wonderful experience. Great travel. Fantastic and knowledgeable tour manager, could see many important location and tourist places, comfortable accommodation at great hotels, awesome food and best restaurants, many local guides and tour with them. All are great and we enjoyed well. Well managed risk / delay management.

Amazing experience, highly recommended. We had taken a trip to Japan through SOTC and the entire journey became a cherished memory for us. Every thing was taken care of by the tour manager and the local guide. Hotels were beautiful, and since we had ordered Indian meal, we never encountered any issue in regards to food. Whatever is mentioned in the package is delivered, and the entire tour is conducted smoothly and systematically.

We booked a holiday with SOTC holidays in Mumbai in January 2023 and received excellent service so when we were planning our Rajasthan trip (December 2024) we decided to go to them again for our holiday plans. The gentleman who worked with us on the 2023 trip was no longer working at SOTC and we were referred to their Colaba Mumbai office (Leisure Travel, SOTC Travel Limited).
Overall, the itinerary provided & service was good. Our trip was especially made memorable thanks to our driver/guide from Rajasthan Routes Trail (SOTC works (outsourcing) with this company). Dev from Rajasthan Routes was wonderful.
Our hotels for the most part were very nice. The only one we were very disappointed by was Fern Residency in Jodphur. This hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. We were surprised SOTC uses this one! When we contacted the representative from SOTC who worked with us, response was “we are looking into the matter” and we never heard back!
