I had the most wonderful experience planning my honeymoon with Navin Jain from SOTC Travels, and I cannot thank him enough for making this journey so memorable. From the very first conversation, Navin truly understood what I wanted and curated a package that was exactly in line with my expectations. Every detail from flights and hotels to transfers and sightseeing was flawlessly arranged, leaving no room for worry.
What impressed me most was Navin’s dedication and personal care. He never treated this as a “done and dusted” booking. Even after work hours, he was just a call away whenever I needed help or reassurance. It felt like I had someone I could genuinely rely on throughout the trip.
The on-ground experience in Paris and Switzerland was smooth and stress-free, with everything set up perfectly in advance. One unforgettable touch was the thoughtful limousine transfer he arranged from Crowne Plaza Zurich to Zurich Airport a small detail, but it made the experience feel so special.

Engaged SOTC for 2 recent International Holidays- Swiss and Srilanka, in the last 2 months. It has been a delightful experience. Navin from their Mumbai team did excellent coordination, for these trips. Visa appointments, process to every arrangement was great. The tour Manager Abhijit in Swiss and the chauffeur Nishanka Kumara in Sri Lanka were superlative.

Our SOTC trip to East Europe n Balkan wonders was well planned, wonderful n fun with like-minded people from across the country.
It all started with a friend joining this trip and gave me the reference of Taher. He initiated things, then connected us to different departments and followed it up throughly. His plus point was his availability throughout.
A good P.R.O. for Sotc, I connected him with a potential room partner with whom he was constantly in touch with till she said yes. There was some issue with our visa the first time despite putting forth the correct paperwork, but we made some corrections, and it went through.
Our travel part was really awesome with beautiful co-traveller's. Really cool and helpful .
Our tour guide Rohan was calm n never lost his temper at any point. He was accommodating and entertaining all the time.
Superheroes Taher n Rohan made our trip memorable.

We went to East Europe tour in May 2025.
Tour guide Mr Mahesh was excellent.
We got Jain Food as promised everywhere.
Overall very satisfactory.
But we got tickets and tour material just 3 days before and next 2 days were weekend.
In tour in all cities local guide should be given Mike otherwise half the people cannot hear what he has to say. Most of the other tour operators were carrying own system.
At Berlin and Zagreb no ramp to carry luggage from bus to hotel reception.
Total number on tour were 46 . It was difficult to coordinate in such large group .
