Customized tour packages are through local vendors in that country it seems. I started receiving group msgs as I reached there. Since I was unaware of it had to confirm the same for security purposes. Travelers must be made aware of the same and details of destinations and activities be given with address and contacts in advance before starting the tour.
Thailand package included two activities in Pattaya in same location far from the hotel each on a different day. Transfers to these activities were at own costs. Hence my time and money were wasted on these two activities as they were not arranged on same day. Coral island visit started after a very late pickup and was hurried to catch lunch back from the island. We could not even explore the island for a hour. Very disappointing for my daughter too.
How can I promote such tours to others.?
Will I get any compensation for the loss.?
Even my flight tickets were booked late by the third party travel agency, resulting in 20 percent extra amount than that showed. Still then I liked the SOTC promos and would like to further book with them if corrections done and sufferings are compensated. In anticipation of a reply.

I was so confused first whom to choose for my honeymoon, then i got to know sotc tours and then i tried customised tour, and it was just best, the best trip of my life. During pandemic we are unable to fly directly to USA, when we came to know about SOTC. We enquired with them and they gave us 2-3 options to fly for US via Maldives, Dubai, Mexico etc. We sekected Maldives and they arranged for us 15 days quarantine package at Maldives and the travel to US from Maldives. Really we are surprised they arranged it very well alongwith RTPCR test after 15 days before leaving for US. One of their official Ms. Pranali helped us in al ways from arranging web check in, uploading Forms etc and tickets from Mumbai to US and return via Maldives. Their staff is very helpful and polite. We will suggest SOTC to our friends. We have done this booking from SOTC Kolhapur and all matters were discussed and arranged by Kolhapur office.
