INFINITE SERVICES
Myself Mahesh Shah and my wife Smita Shah opted for Manmohak Japan trip from 27th March 2026 to 7th April 2026 with SOTC. I would like to share my experience of the trip.
Sales Experience: Ms. Nimisha Rajput and Mr. Shivam Soni have excellently explained the full details of the trip. Their behaviors and manners were satisfactory. They have always fully co-operated and were ready to help and replied to each of our queries to our satisfactions.
Account Experience: Mr. Umang Prajapati was highly co-operative in VISA and accounts dealing with us. His behavior and manner was quite satisfactory.
Guide Experience: Mr. Hitesh is an exceptional guide in the sense that he is knowing both Gujarati and Japanese language. He did hard work to arrange all our sight seeing most comfortably. His explanations were detailed as well as descriptive. His behavior and manner was quite satisfactory.
Tour Manager Experience: Mr. Subhash Jitiya is a through gentleman. His planning and execution were exceptional. We feel that he is the most valuable assets of SOTC. His attitude, caring nature, humbleness, knowledge, warm smiling face, patience, understanding and last but not the least, management are his few qualities. He has always tried to make every moment special and meaningful. Because of him, this trip has become memorable, wonderful and unforgettable experience for our life. We will always cherish these memories. We have found him an amazing, and highly professional disciplined manger.
SOTC: We have no words to express our feeling for the company. The company has really worked hard and rigorously planed our itinerary. All efforts for our comfort, stay, food and all services were minutely planed and executed. It seems the company has never opted for any compromise.
