I recently booked my trip with SOTC and would like to share my experience.
The overall booking process was smooth and well-handled. Information about the packages, itinerary and costing was clearly explained.
I especially want to appreciate Hiral for helping me choose the right package. She listened to my requirements (dates, budget, preferences) and suggested options that were genuinely suitable for me, not just the most expensive ones. Her explanations were clear, and she was patient with all my questions.
Would recommend contacting Hiral if you’re confused about which package to choose.

Very Nice Trip planned for Sri Lanka, enjoyed alot. Except do not ask them to book the flights, you ll get lay overs for 10+ hours, instead book your self the flights. Second they don’t reveal who will be in the group, so in my group 60% were older people and it was kind of downer as whole trip happened according to them. Although the Staff of SOTC is so supportive. Mr. Shivam Soni helped alot, he is really supportive. Really Appreciate. But need to improve above two things. As other couple in our group booked flight on their own and around same time as ours was booked but they didn’t had any layover. And they got cheaper flights. Anyway, not the best SOTC destination is Sri Lanka as we got hardly 3/4 proper veg meals but ya in other country, they give almost all meals good. Being a Veg person it is Important for us, it’s good that being Gujarati, I carried Thepla, otherwise it would have been disaster. All in all, Pretty Good Trip.
