We have been on the vietnam group tour. It was well planned. The team was very organised and communicative. Shubhi from the SOTC office was the one who handled our tour. She was patient and prompt in helping us. We had a pleasant experience on this group tour.

We just returned from a hectic but most enjoyed and memorable trip of East Europe. Thanks for well organizing. The SOTC team at HYD particularly. Mr Manas Jena and Ms Shubhi Singh Thakhur. have been a great support both pre-travel and during travel regularly checking how we are doing on the trip! The coach captain deserves a round of applause for his patience and cheerful attitude A special word of appreciation for our Tour manager: Mr Aldrin Dias. He is loved by the entire traveling team ! A majority of the team was senior citizens. Aldrin was like a shepherd tending to his sheep; with care and concern! Never seen him losing his temper or even raising his voice. Look forward to traveling with him on future trips too! Overall, the trip was well organized and conducted meticulously, a few suggestions though: 1. Hotel at Krakow and Budapest could have been better. 2. You are giving the hotels a great business; with number of Indians staying at those places you can bargain for one or two Indian breakfast items! This is being done in many countries by you 3. The information about the Balkan tour extension was not known to us! Else we would have joined too. We have done many trips with Thomas Cook/ SOTC. Look forward to doing more! Recently I went for a Japan tour i.e Grand tour of Japan package for 8 days. The trip was jointly managed by Thomas cook. The trip went in a super smooth way, all thanks to the tour manager i.e Suraj Kumbhar and the extremely professional and super knowledgeable Japan Guide i.e Mr. Shyam Sharma. Both of them ensured, all our needs are taken care of. The hotels, the food, the service everything was top notch. Ms. Sai leela of SOTC helped me with the booking and Mr. Rajesh from SOTC helped me with visa processing. The only minor dent in this trip is, the selection of Malaysia Airlines as the airline partner. The Hyderabad - Kuala lumpur flight was so ramped and the seats are very uncomfortable to sit for 4 hours. The other side, Malaysia to tokyo flight was fine. Overall, A worthy travel operator for International trips.

We recently had the pleasure of joining The Grand Europe tour, and it was truly a memorable and enriching experience. From the moment we signed up to the final day of the trip, everything was handled with great professionalism and care. We would especially like to express our deep gratitude to Ms Sai Leela mam, who went above and beyond right from the very beginning. At a time when we were hesitant to go especially with my mother recovering from surgery, she patiently encouraged us and helped us believe that this trip could be possible and enjoyable. Her support was not only emotional but also practical, as she guided us through the in-home visa application process, which made everything so much easier and less stressful. Thanks to her continuous support, we gathered the courage to move forward, and we’re so glad we did. I recently completed my Newyork tour organized by SOTC and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. Right from the planning phase to the final day of our trip, everything was handled with great professionalism and care. The itinerary was well-designed, balancing sightseeing, relaxation, and exploration. All the hotels were comfortable and well-located. The local guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and transportation was punctual and hassle-free throughout. Special thanks to our tour manager Nisha Amin, Kiran babu ponnapati manager sales and the entire SOTC team for making our journey smooth, safe, and memorable. I highly recommend SOTC to anyone looking for a well-organized, stress-free travel experience. Looking forward to booking my next trip with them!

This feed back is about the SOTC wonders of EUROPE tour from 17-04-2025 to 05-05-25 with tour guide by name Mr. Rajiv Pinto. This Europe trip is really memorable . Liked much Switzerland , Netherlands and Italy and thought of visiting once again . Sightseeing and historical places visit at France, Belgium, Austria, Linstenin, Germany , spain and vatican are good. Tour organised systematically by tour guide Mr. Rajiv Pinto . Need to increase the time slots given at some local sightseeing places and lunch. At some places more than sufficient time and at some places time given not justified. Hotels given at all points and food supplied / arranged at all hotels by Thamas cook / SOTC are superb and at the next level . Buses arranged for transport are too good. Drivers help in luggage loading and unloading and their driving skill is much appreciated. For unknown reasons tour guide not followed the rotation of seats in buses even after request from some passengers and this irritated considerable passengers . Dress code at some points to be specified more clearly due to extreme cold and wind. This will help all exclusively aged persons. A thought may be given to include compulsory tips and local sightseeing charges in base ticket price to easy the process. In cruise south indian veg food items / item not available. There were minimum 25 % passengers from south India , where as no south indian type curry found either in lunch or dinner . Heard that it was there earlier in some of the EUROPE tours. Suggested to have atleast one south indian curry type in every meal and we are sure that it will be enjoyed by all irrespective of south or north .Rice not cooked properly and not to the taste of indian. This was explained to Mrs. Savitha who is on board looking after the needs of tourists representing Thamas cook and SOTC. It is noticed that the cruise tour was not as per the Itinerary and there was some change . Thanks to SOTC for the compliment of Trolly bag and a magnet to each and every tour passenger . Thanks to all co passengers who are really very cooperative and helpful . Overall we enjoyed very much our dream EUROPE TOUR and it's memorable . I have been to the London-Europe trip through SOTC. The trip was well organised and curated. It was a great experience. I would like to thank Sai Leela, working in SOTC Banjara Hills branch, who explained the tour program clearly and constantly checked with us and made sure we reached our hotel safely, when we ran into an issue in London. And our tour manager, Jay Rajde who took care of us through out the tour i.e., from London to Milan and explained each and every detail of the places we visited. Some suggestions I would like to give: On 21.04.2025 in Paris program, it would have been better to avoid Fragonard perfume museum and arranged other must visit place in Paris. Similarly, in Brussels program on 22.04.2025, it would have been better to avoid chocolate factory and arranged some other historical or must visit place. It was just a waste of time. On 23.04.2025, we visited tulip gardens in Netherlands and it was beautiful. Instead of arranging lunch at Hoofddorb after the tulip garden’s visit, if you could have arranged the lunch in Amsterdam, it would have been nice and we get to see the capital city. On 24.04.2025, Germany- while going to Basel we stopped for lunch at Heppenheim and proceeded for Heidelberg town. It would have been nice to avoid these two and arranged a tour to Frankfurt. On 25.04.2025, Switzerland- trip to Jungfraujoch was excellent and beautiful. Further we proceeded to Interlaken (shooting spot) which was unnecessary. Proceed to Mendersio Hotel risky. Overall, the tour program was good. If possible, please do the above changes in the itinerary.

The recent Japanese Cherry Blossom tour 2025 trip organised by SOTC was a good one. The trip was meticulously planned and organised so that we all satisfied and enjoyed very much by seeing full blossom of Cherry trees.Hardly the flowering will be there for another week days only.Moreover our trip coincided with Cherry Blossom festival in Tokyo.In Hyderabad SOTC branch the Manager Mr.Kiran Babu and Mr.Datta Sai, concerned to sales were very good in assisting us making things easier for us. However, the Malaysian Airlines selected by SOTC,for travel, is not worth to mention. Finally we are happy with the programme. Dr.B.Gopal Singh
