My experience of SOTC Hyderabad office has been good. They have helped me through Visa procedures and arranged everything to my satisfaction. Though there was some confusion regarding flight bookings because of the war, the travel itself went smoothly and without any difficulty. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us by giving answers to all our queries. All in all, my experience has been very smooth and I would like to thank SOTC Hyderabad office for a memorable tour.

My 10-day Europe trip was truly an unforgettable experience, made even more special by our amazing tour guide, Abhi Shake. From the very beginning, everything was well-organized, allowing us to explore multiple beautiful destinations without any stress.
Over the 10 days, we visited iconic cities, stunning landscapes, and historical landmarks. Each place had its own charm, from breathtaking architecture to rich cultural experiences. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, giving us enough time to explore while still covering all the major highlights.
What really stood out throughout the trip was our tour guide, AbhiShek. His knowledge about each destination was impressive, and he explained everything in a very engaging and easy-to-understand way. He shared interesting facts, local stories, and helpful tips that made every place more meaningful.
Abhi was also extremely friendly, patient, and supportive. Whether it was managing the group, helping with local arrangements, or making sure everyone was comfortable, he handled everything smoothly. His positive attitude and energy kept the group motivated and excited every day.
Traveling across Europe can sometimes be hectic, but with Abhi’s guidance, the journey felt seamless and enjoyable. He ensured we stayed on schedule while also giving us the freedom to enjoy personal time.
Overall, this 10-day Europe trip was a perfect blend of adventure, learning, and fun. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone planning a Europe tour, especially with a guide like Abhishek, who truly makes the journey memorable.

We had booked our honeymoon trip to Mauritius and Dubai via SOTC and it was the best decision ever. Sai Leela co-ordinated beautifully with us from the start and curated the best package including a great stay. There were geopolitical tensions during our trip dates which could have affected our entire plan but Saileela very professionally ensured minimal disruptions and maximum benefit for us at great value. We just returned from a hectic but most enjoyed and memorable trip of East Europe. Thanks for well organizing.
The SOTC team at HYD particularly. Mr Manas Jena and Ms Shubhi Singh Thakhur. have been a great support both pre-travel and during travel regularly checking how we are doing on the trip!
The coach captain deserves a round of applause for his patience and cheerful attitude
A special word of appreciation for our Tour manager: Mr Aldrin Dias. He is loved by the entire traveling team !
A majority of the team was senior citizens. Aldrin was like a shepherd tending to his sheep; with care and concern!
Never seen him losing his temper or even raising his voice. Look forward to traveling with him on future trips too!
Overall, the trip was well organized and conducted meticulously, a few suggestions though:
1. Hotel at Krakow and Budapest could have been better.
2. You are giving the hotels a great business; with number of Indians staying at those places you can bargain for one or two Indian breakfast items! This is being done in many countries by you
3. The information about the Balkan tour extension was not known to us! Else we would have joined too.
We have done many trips with Thomas Cook/ SOTC. Look forward to doing more!
