Booked a package tour with SOTC for first time. We booked a tour to Australia. Janardhan was the agent. He was very helpful in giving me the package and dates that I wanted. Visa processing was very easy. Only was not happy with the airline. In Australia the tour manager was good , the itinerary can be better but they cover everything needed to see. Overall a good experience. Janardhan was very cooperative throughout.
