Very good tour.
Some good places eg. Botanical Garden in Kandy, beach were not covered.
Tour guide was not proactive. It was very difficult to understand his English. He didn't had our contact numbers. If someone is lost, others had to wait.
Hotels, food, restaurants were good.
Nischal was very cooperative, promptly answering our calls.
Will consider SOTC if traveling again.

We have been travelling with SOTC in their regular packages, premium packages and customised packages since 2015.
We have had absolutely no issues with their packages costing and most of all they are available 24/7.
We have been able and even got advise from the top most management starting Mr Daniel D Souza. Mr Rajiv Naidu and Mr Nadeem A special note for Mr Nadeem of Bengaluru office who is super efficient and when we were abroad and contacted him for a minor issue it was solved immediately Whatever be the time of day or night This service he ensures is also done by his team who work along with him special thanks to Devadath and Ashish Bhardawaj who do a splendid job on our bookings and visas.
We strongly recommend those travelling abroad to use their services. You will have an enjoyable and hassle free holiday and you will be able to select a package within your budget.

We are 7 member all are Bank retired people we recently had the pleasure of exploring Sri Lanka tour with SOTC holidays,and I must say it was an experience of a lifetime! From the moment I started planning my trip ,Monisha was incredibly helpful and responsive.
The accommodation were top and transportation was very comfortable and reliable the tour was well planned with a perfect mix of culture history and adventure our guide Janifar and Dasun was knowledge and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Monisha was always available to answer our queries and made sure that we had a smooth trip . I would highly recommend SOTC Holidays to anyone planning a trip and thank you Sotc for our trip so memorable

Planned my Honeymoon through SOTC. Eastern Whispers was a 6N/7D package covering Czech Republic, Germany, predominantly Austria and a day in Hungary.
Here are a few thoughts about what I felt
- very good tour plan
- Mr Devadath at the Jayanagar, Bangalore centre was responsive and cordial. He helped us throughout the planning of the trip. Although there were some small miscommunications with respect to VISA documents, everything went on smoothly.
- Mr Jitender who helped us with the visa process was very well informed and ensured it happened very smoothly.
- Stay was very good in all places.
- Tour guides could've been better considering we were stopping at many cities
- The tour did feel a tad bit rushed since we had to cover many places. Could consider planning these tours with lesser cities to commute and more quality time in fewer places.
- On the whole, was very happy with the experience and I look forward to making travel plans with SOTC, once again!
