Overall experience is great except the following; Visa team did not enough care to caution that savings account should have adequate funds and FDs are not seen. Our visa was rejected because of that first time. There are many long distance walks especially in Paris (6 km) and Florence (9 km). This is difficult for elderly tourists. Some arrangement needs to be done for this. Some places like mini Europe in Brussels and Disneyland In Paris may be replaced with some other attractions. On the whole it was a great trip. Excellent food. Excellent coordination with hotels..

We had planned a group trip to Vietnam and the overall experience was good. 1. Hotels: Hotel La Dolce Vita in Hanoi was very nice, white lotus hotel in HCMC was ok (there was a lot of repairs needed here). 2. Guides: The guides and drivers for all places were all on time. Very nice and friendly. Information and updates were properly communicated, they had a WhatsApp group for queries. This experience was hassle free. The only one problem was that Vietnam had additional compulsory tipping and the guide at Hanoi took for a full day on day 1 though we had only half day city tour that day. 3. Initial process: preferable if clear written instructions were given in one go at the beginning. We had problems with flight tickets, initial payments and additional personal information like PAN was asked for non paying group members. The plus was SOTC was reachable at all times and visa and insurance was smooth.

Had nice experience of our Kashmir tour organized by SOTC. Ms. Angshu was flexible enough to iterate our plan till it got confirmed. Though it was very hot Kashmir this July, scenic beauties were abundant. We enjoyed our houseboat & hotel stays selected by SOTC. Angshu took care of our web checking & boarding passes at odd hours enabling us to have great peace of mind.

Booked a tour to Vietnam for 6N/7D through sotc. Though there was initial hickup in the group tour process and it being cancelled Ms. ANSHU from the sotc team got it sorted through a customized tour for us probably the best option for us. We really had a enjoyable stay and the ground team in Vietnam really gave us VIP treatment in terms of information, coordination and calrity in terms of deliverables and amenities. All our queries were resolved patiently by Ms anshu of the sotc Indiranagar team. Only reason for the 4 star was the cruise experience was not good otherwise I fully recommend travelling with sotc for Vietnam tour.

Our Kenyan safari tour was well planned, organised and co ordinated by Ms Anshu . The team was in contact with us through WhatsApp and provided support throughout the tour package so as to make it hassle free. The hotels and tour guides provided by sotc was also very good.

Great work on planning and booking from SOTC Team. I travelled to Maldives, it was a great selection of one of the best resorts with good amenities and facilities. I was a bit hesitant when I booked through SOTC as I have never gone through a travel agent for my earlier trips but SOTC did their best and really enjoyed and liked the kind of atmosphere provided.

Hi.. this trip of Europe with south group was marvelous. Initially I was liittle scared that how it may go on but it was unexpected happiness I got through out the trip. The initial approach by Sotc staff Mr.Ashith was very pleasing and cooperative. Each and everything he explained and made us understand so clearly. He had been available any time of the day whenever you we had any type of small doubts to clarify. Would like to Thank Mr. Ashith for his wonderful service. Secondly after reaching London wherein our tour manager Ms. Vaidehi who had come to airport to receive all of us. Before flying 2 days prior she created a group and was clarifying all our silly doubts. She very well explained us how to board flight and immigration process and receiving baggages etc. she was an amazing lady with multi talent. She managed the trip with 35 members so smoothly and took care of us. She explained about the importance and history' of the places visited every day. Even though we had local guides for 2 or 3 places she still took intrest to give us extra information of that place. Made sure everyone was in comfort during stay travel in bus and stay. Thank you very very much. Our best wishes for her success in life. Lastly we would like to thank the bus coach Mr.Thomas who made us more comfortable in bus. We recently went on a family vacation Azerbaijan and the entire trip planning was excellently handled by Ms.Anshu from SOTC. She was extremely patient and diligent to understand our needs and customised the whole trip. I was debating between multiple destinations/durations, she patiently helped me with quotes and date options. The hotel was very nice (Courtyard Marriott) and whole land package was well planned. We were in touch with SOTC members through WhatsApp group that helped us ensure local driver to was sticking to the plan and not skipping any spots. Although the local driver was erratic in some aspects, SOTC members were helpful in ensuring we were taken care well. SOTC is a one stop shop to plan hassle free travel. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone to plan travel packages.

We approached Sotc for the scandinavian countries tour as we had travelled through them a couple of times to other European countries with which we were satisfied and happy. But we found it expensive & we were in a dilemma to opt for it, as they only covered capital cities with that high prices. Whereas we were keen on visiting country side too. Special thanks to Mr Ashith for suggesting Europamundo tour of Nordic countries, which was well within our budget and took the responsibility of arranging everything hassle free. He was kind and patient enough to answer our queries N no of times as we were skeptical about europamundo which was new to us. Thanks Sotc for making this tour a memorable one for us.

I am writing this letter to share my feedback on the recent Europe Trip that my family and I attended, which was very well organised by your company 'SOTC'. This was the first group trip that we have been a part of and we had a wonderful experience without having to worry much about the transitioning between different countries as everything was meticulously planned by your organisation. I would like to thank Mr. Ashith, who gave us a walk through of the different packages and was always available to answer any queries that we had. He diligently followed up to ensure all documents for visa and travel were ready on time. I would also like to mention that Mr. Hemanth Narra has been an excellent tour manager, highly organised and committed to ensuring every member in the tour group had a comfortable experience throughout. He was the perfect blend of strict and kind, which are essential qualities in a tour manager. We will always remember his mantra of Jana, Gana, Mana. He called everyone his family at the beginning of the tour and by the end of it made everyone actually feel like he was a part of their family. I want to highlight two occasions where Mr.Hemanth went beyond his basic duties as a tour manager. 1. Unfortunately for us, we fell sick and had to stay back in our rooms and dinner wasn't available in the hotel that day. Mr. Hemanth was very thoughtful and wanted us to taste the delicious dinner spread that was arranged for the tour members at another restaurant. He got dinner packed for us so we could enjoy the food in the comfort of our room once the group was back at the hotel. 2. On the day of our departure, we accidentally left a phone in our hotel room. By the time we realised this we had already covered half the journey to the airport. Mr.Hemanth probably made some quick calls to other tour managers leaving the hotel after us, and arranged for the phone to be brought to the airport and personally handed it over to us just in time. We really appreciate his quick thinking and efficient handling of the situation. Last but not the least, we would like to thank SOTC & Thomas Cook for the sweet gesture of giving each member a goodie box with souvenirs. Overall the trip was a great experience and we would definitely recommend your company to family and friends.

We took the Char Dham Yatra by helicopter with SOTC. The tour was well organized and managed. We enjoyed the trip and would recommend SOTC to all. SOTC is not new to us - we have undertaken tours to the US, Europe and Australia and alll of them were great!

Hello, My parents and I picked the 7N-8D Bhutan group tour and it was pretty good. The travel guide, Mr. Dechen Wangda was one of the best guides we have ever come across. The man, though is a freelancer, is pretty young but was so responsible overall, gave equal importance to each one of us and took us to all the important places. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is traveling to Bhutan. Particularly,his support during the tiger's nest Trek really helped my dad! I'm quite grateful for that. Other than the guide n driver, the hotels arranged were good. Though in one or two places we did see some bed bugs and spiders which I hope sotc can improve upon or upgrade for hygiene and safety of future members. I was not informed properly about the exact amount of the SDF charges (which I don't blame the staff for, hope you can train them to inform us in advance and not after the initial payment is made), money to be taken in dollars to buy gold, etc, which I hope is mentioned to future customers which can help us tourists plan our overall trip better. One of the reasons we opt for travel agencies is for these unknown factors that we are unaware of. The transport can also be improved as the other travel agencies have organized better modes of transport for almost the same price that we paid to sotc. Considering the number of years sotc has been in the travel industry, I hope future trips planned with sotc is of a better experience. Thanks nonetheless for the service, it surely can be improved :)

The team at SOTC had organised our trip to Italy via Switzerland last month. It was a customised trip for us. Everything went on smooth with no hassles and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Great work on planning and booking from SOTC Team for a good choice of hotels, trains, buses for internal transfers from one city to another / to the sight seeing locations. The Gondola and Boat rides in Venice was also convenient and personlised as per our need. I was a bit hesitant when I booked through SOTC as I have never gone through a travel agent for my earlier trips to Singapore, Malaysia and Maldives. The hotels and train journeys have been easy and comfortable. The hotels were either close to the airport / station / tourist locations. They were easily locatable on google maps. The visa processing was also smooth because of their guidance and they took initiative to get the visa on time inspite of the rainy weather in Bangalore during that week. It was a hasslefree trip... Special Mention & Thanks to Ashith and his team for making our trip a memorable one!

We were a group of 18 , sotc had organised our Dubai trip so diligently and also rhe communication was spot on . It was a hassle free .Them converted our trip to a vacation .
