We visited Europe through SOTC in the second week of Jun.26 and had a really wonderful experience during the 8 day trip covering Zurich, Paris, Brussels & Amsterdam. Right from the flight journey (through Emirates) to Hotel Stays to sightseeing, everything was planned very well so as to make the most of the time there covering all key landmarks without hurry. We also had the company of a wonderful group from across the country who had become like family by the end of the trip, a truly memorable trip true to its name viz. European Dreams. Special mention here of Ms. Priti Dhole who helped us at every step before the tour and to Mr. Faisal our tour guide for anchoring us very well on the tour.

This probably is our 6th holiday with SOTC and like every single time, they have exceeded our expectations.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with SOTC throughout our Sri Lanka family holiday. Everything was exceptionally well organized from start to finish. The itinerary was perfectly planned, covering all the key attractions while still allowing enough time for relaxation, which was especially important as we were travelling with two young children.
The hotels selected throughout the trip were top class, offering excellent comfort, hospitality, and family-friendly facilities. The vehicle provided for the tour was always spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and maintained in excellent condition, making long drives very pleasant and stress-free.
What truly made our trip memorable was our driver, Lakshita. He was incredibly supportive, understanding, professional, and always attentive to our family’s needs. Traveling with kids can sometimes be challenging, but Lakshita ensured that we felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout the journey. His calm nature, punctuality, local knowledge, and willingness to help at every step made a huge difference to our overall experience.
We are genuinely grateful to SOTC, and especially Lakshita for making this family vacation such a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable one. Highly recommended for anyone planning a comfortable and worry-free holiday in Sri Lanka.

Overall , a very nice and pleasant trip to Japan with SOTC Holidays. Hotel arrangements were excellent.The tour guide was excellent and helpful. It would have been much better if we could have received the tour details well in advance and not just before 2 days of departure! Did not receive call from TC for currency exchange for this tour, which was surprising for us ?. Also, it would have been better if we received our additional destination details in detail, with all the ticketing options to manage it efficiently. Back-office support was lagging to local office !!!. Needs improvement on it but overall experience was good !!. Thanks

Very Great experience with SOTC.
My travel booking officer Mrs. Preeti Dhole from Thane branch was great cooperative. Our tour manager Miss Neeta also was experienced and helping us through out the tour.
Our tour was Australia- New Zealand and provided only one travel bag to us for two travelers.
Some of the passengers provided two travel bags for two travelers.
The area of improvement was the coach provided at Australia tour was not comfortable. It was 18 seater coach for 17 passengers (1x2 seating arrangement) and it was panic situation. In the coach also not providing drinking water bottles to the passengers.
Also for New Zealand tour Coach seats was small and fixed and for long travel distance it was uncomfortable.
Also should be provided at afternoon at around 3 to 4 pm refreshment tea / coffee.

SOTC Thane office has a very welcoming atmosphere and all officials are very courteous. We travelled with SOTC for Europe experience along with cruise between 14 th April to 1st may 2025. We are very much thankful to Tejas in thane office for constant persuasion, follow up, interaction without which we could have missed it. A big thanks to Rohan Surej who a was perfect guide. He has answer for everything - place, Culture, history etc which vastly unknown to us but guidence made it easy all the way.
Also , my friend Ben Shinde always assured me of great experience of travel with SOTC. Food , stay , travel etc was well arranged in every places. After completion of land tour, we were directed towards cruise but guide was changed.In fact, two/three groups were attached to one guide, leading to some gap in communication n inconvenience thereof, request to take care of this aspect. Overall , it was a great experience. Grateful thanks .

From the magical world of Disney to the breathtaking beauty of Niagara Falls, vibrant city life of New York, BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham temple in New Jersey was a beautiful experience.The architecture just takes your breath away. The atmosphere here is extremely peaceful. Washington, D.C., the majestic capital of the United States, stole my heart. The iconic landmarks like the White House, Lincoln Memorial, and Capitol Building left me in awe of their grandeur and history. Every moment of the trip was a dream come true.
