Tejas, Thank you for arranging the recent tour. Overall, the experience was smooth and well-coordinated. The itinerary was clear, the tour guide handled the group well, and logistics stayed on track. There are a few small areas where the experience could be even better.

SOTC Thane office has a very welcoming atmosphere and all officials are very courteous. We travelled with SOTC for Europe experience along with cruise between 14 th April to 1st may 2025. We are very much thankful to Tejas in thane office for constant persuasion, follow up, interaction without which we could have missed it. A big thanks to Rohan Surej who a was perfect guide. He has answer for everything - place, Culture, history etc which vastly unknown to us but guidence made it easy all the way.
Also , my friend Ben Shinde always assured me of great experience of travel with SOTC. Food , stay , travel etc was well arranged in every places. After completion of land tour, we were directed towards cruise but guide was changed.In fact, two/three groups were attached to one guide, leading to some gap in communication n inconvenience thereof, request to take care of this aspect. Overall , it was a great experience. Grateful thanks .

From the magical world of Disney to the breathtaking beauty of Niagara Falls, vibrant city life of New York, BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham temple in New Jersey was a beautiful experience.The architecture just takes your breath away. The atmosphere here is extremely peaceful. Washington, D.C., the majestic capital of the United States, stole my heart. The iconic landmarks like the White House, Lincoln Memorial, and Capitol Building left me in awe of their grandeur and history. Every moment of the trip was a dream come true. The hospitality, food, and culture were top-notch, and I felt so welcomed everywhere I went. Can't wait to plan my next trip back! 😊 every moment was a dream come true. Maximu times Hotels did not provided buffet , only one nonveg dish was surved, drinking water scarcity in hotels , no fans in rooms , site seeing was tyring process in the 15 siter traveller due to Non- Ac vehicle , maximum times we ourself have to spend lots of money on booking cabs for site visits, in this season maximum sites ware closed due to Pehelgaon Incident and Amarnath Yatra and no replacement site ware considered by the local tour representetive also the tour mambers of same age group ware not considered and most of them ware not willing to explore more site seeing.
Final Take :
Never go with Buy One - Get One trip with SOTC.

We toured Sri Lanka's central and eastern areas, experiencing the culture, the mountains and lakes, wildlife and birds , the ocean, the tea plantations and the incredibly friendly and welcoming people. It was an exceptional holiday which was well matched to our tour requirements and well planned.
We had good experience with overall booking process too. Thane sales staff Ms.Tejas and Tanisha are very good with their knowledge and communication skills.
