We did a customized conducted trip to Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg) in summer 2025. It was brilliantly coordinated by SOTC, starting right from the VISA application to hotel bookings to intercity high speed train bookings to airport-rail station pick ups and hotel drops, all were seamlessly done. They provided english speaking tour guides which were extensively required. The guides were amicable, explained everything as per our curiosity, knowledge base, cultural affinity and taste. Hotels were good in terms of amenities, view, food choices. We enjiyed without any worry.

Based on excellent experience I had with SOTC during Europe Vacations in 2017, I again put my bet on SOTC for my England - Scotland Holidays for June 2025 . And It turned out to be a good decision . With little hiccups here & there, our UK tour emerged as one of our best or rather best family holidays so far. (If Almighty will permit, would like to have many more)
Special Mention : Mr. Rakesh Ranjan from
SOTC has been the reason we came back to SOTC as a repeat customer , thanks to his honesty , extremely polite behaviour & helpful nature . And on this tour also, he turned out to be the go to SOTC Man. I have named him “Sankatmochan” . He was ably supported by Ms Shalini from Sales Team and Ms Anushree & Mr. Raja from Mumbai operations/ Emergency Team. Good job guys . And Thank you for coordinating so well ,taking care of few things highlighted by myself.
Final Words : Having Travelled many countries , I could have managed everything myself instead of taking package but I chose comfort over saving a few pounds . Recommend the same . Go for SOTC

Thomas Cook/SOTC....
Our ratings are as under
1) Booking process of tour 5/5
2) Visa process 3/5 : Too much time & too many repeated queries.
Change designation of staff instead Visa officer
To
Visa processing officer.
(Since our feel was as if they were the visa issuing authority rather SOTC processing team)
3) Ticketing 3/5 : Too long & too tiring to send couple to catch flight from Bangalore instead Delhi.
4) Trip information sharing 3/5
5)Tour manager 5/5
6)Food 4/5: Lacking variety (too much north indian Punjabi food) include South Indian, Chinese, Maxican++
Our Tour manager was sick almost at the end of Australia trip , New Zealand trip was done without Tour manager.
The only consolation had been the coach drivers could save the face for company by doing their best .
However,certainly expected better on mentioned aspects from Tomas cook /SOTC.
So far our best tour was
Europe 2015.

Our Sri Lanka-Male tour was very enjoyable.The tour program was well organized the tour manager,guide and driver were excellent,very helpful,understanding and polite However,a lot more efforts are needed for hotel selection and quality of service available We had difficulties iwith hotels at Nuwara Elia and Bentota(1st day)

Recent tour to Sri Lanka was exciting. Very green, full of water bodies.
It was well arranged. Good Hotels, nice food , only wish more dishes ware there for vegetarians. Tour Manager Nishant was very helpful and competent and had good knowledge of Sri Lanka.
At Delhi was very well treated and served by Rakesh Ranjan jee and Shalini jee. All formalities were completed with their ever helpful attitude . I thank them heartily.
Would like to go for more such tours in future.

My sister and I had gone to Egypt through SOTC travels and the experience was wonderful! The backend process was extremely smooth and I would specifically like to mention 'Aditya Shingote' for his patience with our queries! In Egypt, our tour manager 'Mohamed Badwey' made the experience memorable for us by ensuring that we get enough time at the Pyramids, Museum etc. and was extremely knowledgeable about the historical background. I would highly recommend SOTC travels to everyone!

My tour Cambodia and Vietnam was very fantastic arrangement neat and clean hotels. Food was nicely arranged as per Indian food. Tour manager Mr Swapnil was very kind and cooperative nature. We enjoyed trip without any hassles reached safely to our home. Mr Rakesh Ranjan is very well explained the tour details which we motivated with his details so we booked the tour otherwise we were planning to book from Veena travel. Mr Rakesh was very much cooperative whenever we called for any doubts he is very punctual answered clear the doubts.
