Our group of 45-50 Veteran Army Offrs including our lady wives have been planning a trip or two either domestic or international every year. This year we wanted to celebrate our Commissioning Day on 14th March in Bhutan. After getting Quotes from various tour agencies & comparing them our coordinators group finalised SOTC for organising this trip of 6N/7D to Bhutan. Now to share the experience about the preparation for the Trip, Pre Travel coordinator assigned to us was Mr Sachin from SOTC, who was our single point contact to deal with us for all the pre planning activities like Itinerary, Flight & Hotel Booking, Travel documents, Currency details, Assigning Tour Manager, Transportation within Bhutan for sight seeing including provisioning of tour guides  etc etc. Although there were some initial hiccups, sometimes long delays in response to calls/ repeated Whatsapp messages etc. but finally everything was exceptionally organised & now we were all set to begin our exciting holiday trip. Coming to the Trip Experience , it was exceptional,  excellent as compared to all the trips undertaken so far with the Tour Manager Mr Rajvinder Singh avilable all the time 24x7 for any clarifications/suggestions by all the participants. He was meticulous in sharing the next day's programme , including timings for Breakfast & time to move for the daily sightseeing journey to explore Bhutan. Since we have Army discipline in our blood, all the members adhered to the timings so that we don't miss anything of the well designed itinerary with sufficient time for sightseeing, marketing, rest & balanced inter city travel. The Tour Guides had full knowledge of the history of whatever monuments were visited by us as per itinerary & were ready to answer any query raised by the participants. Hotel rooms 4 Star category provided to us were spacious, well maintained & had enough provision of drinking water, Tea/coffee/milk/sugar seshes etc. The food arrangements either in the Hotel or enroute while travelling for sightseeing were awesome with delicious Indian Food for each meal including one Bhutanese meal during lunch in the farm house. The arrangements for our D day ie; 14th March were excellent with local folk dance, entertainment programme & thereafter the Music ,Bollywood songs & tunes to which participants enjoyed by dancing on the dance floor. Finally the great evening ended with delicious Indian Food & snacks after which we returned to our Hotel Rooms for our next day's Itinerary. I will fail in my feedback if I don't mention Mr Rajvinder Singh our Tour Manager 's relentless efforts & wholehearted contribution to our Bhutan Sojourn & make it so memorable & very well satisfying.

Had travelled to Hongkong recently. This is the first time I have planned internally trip with a travel agency. It was a holiday trip for my 10y old daughter to plan a trip around Disney Land. I have narrowed down to SOTC after a bit of a search and existing reviews. Coming to the experience, I would like to describe it as preparation and on trip experience. Pre travel coordinator was Prashant from SOTC. He was single point of contact for everything from inquiry to tickets and visa documents. He is always available and reachable all the time. He made it easy as I just need to give him necessary travel docs and relax. The visa docs, tour guide details and itenary were shared a week before and we are all set for our exciting holiday. Coming to the on trip experience, it was a group trip and the group was with 5 families and 15 members including infants and kids. Pramod was our tour coordinator throughout the trip. Before the trip I had a feeling of possible schedule delays as everyone may not sync the timings. It was a surprise to see almost everyone is on time and like minded people across the group. The itenary was well designed with sufficient time for site seeing, rest and balanced inter city travel times. The food arrangements were awesome with delicious Indian food for each meal and western breakfast at hotel all the days. There were couple of kids in the group which made my kid to be entertained and engaged through out. Overall my kid was super happy and we came back with loads of memories and made new family friends. Overall, the holiday experience was beyond my expectation and SOTC will be my go to choice for any upcoming holidays.
