I have talked with Mr Sumit Yadav and Jyoti Dev regarding my tour, There were some communication issues during the pre-tour process, which caused a little inconvenience. However, eventually, I received all the necessary information and details, so everything was fine in the end. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but communication could have been smoother and more timely. I'm satisfied now thankyou. Regards Neelima

I am a seasoned traveller and have travelled with Thomas Cook and SOTC in the past. This time for my trip to Australia, an young lady named Ms Aanchal Gupta was coordinating the visa issuance process. She was very meticulous and precise while going through the requisite process. It was very fast and quite effortless, so far as I am concerned. Thanks Aanchal.
Wish you a great future in the travel industry!

The experience has been good overall so far, though there have been a few instances where communication lapses led to some avoidable confusion. The visa-related processes, however, were smooth and well handled.

It was a very good experience except for the stay at Ausria, the hotel was not upto the mark. Some improvement needed.
The best thing was the food.We could eat Indian food at most of the places. Non Indian food was also good.
The tour manager is a nice lady. Cooperative and well learnt. She has a good knowledge of the places where we visited.
The Bus driver was also a nice person.
Overall rating Very good
