All the arrangements starting from pickup to drop at bagdogra airport was smooth and as planned.
Sightseeing was done as per itinerary and food arrangement was also good .

Andaman fully loaded package was well organised by SOTC. The stays at TSG chain of hotels was excellent. Well maintained property. The last night at Neil Island and cruise dinner was fabulous. Nautica cruise for to and fro between Islands was nice too. All in all great value for money and all things organised well. Had good experience for Europe tours through SOTC. Powai store was fair in dealing. Onkar and Mallikarjun helped us in redesigning the plan when Marvel did not work out. They were accommodative.

The 6 days / 7 nights Switzerland trip for my wife and me was well planned, and the team provided satisfactory support during the visa process and for general queries.
However, I am rating three stars due to a lack of transparency regarding additional charges. The city tax was not communicated in advance and came as a surprise at each hotel. Additionally, the staged payment requests during booking and visa processing led to confusion and some trust concerns.
Clear upfront communication of all costs would significantly improve the overall experience.
