The 6 days / 7 nights Switzerland trip for my wife and me was well planned, and the team provided satisfactory support during the visa process and for general queries.
However, I am rating three stars due to a lack of transparency regarding additional charges. The city tax was not communicated in advance and came as a surprise at each hotel. Additionally, the staged payment requests during booking and visa processing led to confusion and some trust concerns.
Clear upfront communication of all costs would significantly improve the overall experience.

Many thanks for your help in organising our Sri Lanka visit. It was a very memorable and eventful trip to Sri Lanka which inter-alia includes visiting places associated with Epic Ramayan and Sankari Devi Shaktipeeth. Our special thanks to Guide cum driver Mr. Dineshpathi Rana for explaining the significance of each place and its historical importance
All the hotels and food were excellent but the hotel Mandarin Colombo at Colombo was disappointing.
