The SOTC for Holidays Andheri branch stands out as a top-tier travel agency. Based on widespread customer feedback, this office excels in delivering highly personalized service, professional guidance, and well-managed tour packages. Some of the key service area and highlights are good staff support and seamless booking.
Some of the considerations are that since its a group tour, they typically make you stay at 3 star hotels (based on availability). Sometimes they have last minute changes and curveballs during the Visa process and Flight booking. They dont have an Onboarding checklist prior to the travel. In my case, the flights got cancelled just a day prior to my travel resulting an escalation. This definitely impacted my overall travel experience.
They have transfers organized during the trip, which is quite convenient while traveling in groups. Group tours are preferable over Customized tours. The Iternary for a single day is sometime super-packed resulting in you being exhausted by end of day. They have leisure days for you to plan activity yourself. Although you pay for the package and inclusions, there are several hidden costs that you get to know only during the trip.
Having said that, if youre looking at outsourcing your travel booking for a great value then SOTC is a good choice. We booked 15 days tour to Europe with SOTC. We interacted with Rohit Vaity for few weeks prior to our departure. It was a very pleasant experience and he answered our queries on tour itinerary, Visa, hotel stay, ticketing, payments etc to our full satisfaction. All the preparatory work ended smoothly without consuming much of our time.
The tour was a resounding success, and our daily itinerary went smooth as per plan. SOTC arranged top quality full course Indian meals across Europe. Parvinder Singh, our Tour Manager was very friendly and worked very hard to make our stay comfortable. He had very good knowledge of all the cities we visited and guided us well on safety, sight seeing places, shopping, day wise plans, etc.
