I had recently booked a trip to Thailand through SOTC and had an overall decent experience with them. Although the overall itinerary could have been better (in terms of places covered as part of our Value package), the overall tour was well conducted and we didnot have to worry about anything (pick up and transfers).
Keeping the actual trip aside, I would definitely like to highlight the constant cooperation, help and communication provided by Mr Raunaq Shah during our trip planning. There were quite a few changes which we had to make during the trip planning, however, all those requests were handled swiftly by him. So a big thanks to Raunaq for making this entire process and trip planning pretty smooth!

The Tour was planned, organised and executed very nicely by SOTC. We enjoyed every day of the programme.
I would like to make special mention of our tour manager Mr Yaash Sampat, who has not only done his duty overwhelmingly well, but also tried his best to take care of every individual needs and priorities in a best possible way. We appreciate very much his pleasant demeanor.
However, group strength of 54 was much beyond the promised one of max 40 pax, because of which we faced lots of inconvenience due to queuing everywhere. This point may be noted.
Suggestion: Guided tour may be arranged during the two days of outing from cruise.

I booked for the Cosmos Irish Discovery tour from this office on Wood Street. The travel advisor who helped me through all the steps of my booking was a fine young gentleman called Raunaq Shah. He gave me timely updates on the payment process.
He also booked the airport transfers and checked up on me during my recent trip. He definitely went above and beyond his duties and I deeply appreciate his efforts.
I would enthusiastically recommend that anyone who has any travel plans, international or domestic should entrust themselves to this office for a problem-free experience.

When I thought about SOTC for overseas tour, I met Ms. Jhelum Sen, the Deputy Manager (Sales), in the office of Kolkata who helped me a lot to make the right decision about the optimum time and itinerary for visit to the Eastern Part of the USA for us like senior citizens. Apart from all formalities for the tour she made the arrangement for pickup from and transfer to the airport which was very effective for us. She is very knowledgeable, soft-spoken, cooperative, methodical and a good manager also. She deserves a big thanks from me. I'm really obliged to her.
Our tour in mid-september'25 was very nice. Thanks to SOTC for giving us such a wonderful life-time memory. The hotels and food were also mentionworthy.
The tour managers, Kshitija Madam and Shahida Madam, were also very efficient to tackle every situation with great confidence. They are very much competent, dependable and cooperative.
