Excellent dealings and prompt response. The itinerary drawn up for us was very good. Hotels at different places arranged for us were all excellent both in accommodation and food. The car driver was very good in driving, behaviour and knowledge of the route and the sightseeing places at each station. However, as Senior Citizens undertaking long car journey of hundreds of kilometres, we had been insisting on an excellent quality car for comfortable rides. Inspite of our asking about the car model to be provided , we were not given any information. Only upon landing at the Ahmedabad airport, we found out that it was an old model Maruti Dezire car with an inconveniently projected head rest. It made us sit upright throughout a week of long car journey. There was no scope for us to recline our head and relax for taking even a short nap. We should have been offered the option for a better quality car, even if it was at an extra cost. This was the only deficiency that made our experience less satisfactory.

I had gone on a Solo Trip to Tromso from 25th December to 30th December 2025 to see Northern Lights. Mr. Deep Chowdhury was exemplary in planning the itinerary and getting everything in place. He was extremely efficient, generous and helpful throughout my trip. Most importantly he was always available to answer my calls at odd hours. This is my 4th Solo Trip with SOTC and I had a great experience. My heartfelt thanks to Mr. Deep Chowdhury and Team SOTC.

Wonderful experience with SOTC 7 Day Vietnam.They have packages with extensions pre & post Vietnam which some tourists took (some my friends too). Great flexi.The itinerary was compact and optimized. The Manager was good professional experienced flexible to requests in time and places. Alwys lent a helping hand in movements and prompt information sharing.The Guides were good and humorous in a way. The hotels excellent ~4☆ by any tour standard. Food indian restaurants mostly. It is a great factor in any tour by Indians. Tour Invoice is somewhat more than competitors. Try to be more budget conscious. Bravo SOTC for a high class tour enjoyed by me and wife, seniors close to 75-80 age group. Big Thanks.

Feedback on Dubai Trip with SOTC I would like to share a few suggestions based on my recent Dubai trip from (27 th Sep to 4th Oct'25) experience with SOTC. 1️⃣ Flight & Airport Information: At the time of booking, it was not clearly mentioned that the flight would land at Abu Dhabi Airport instead of Dubai Airport. I really missed the Dubai Airport, which itself is one of the most attractive spots. Also, the Air Arabia flight experience was below expectations — for such premium destinations, Emirates would be a much better choice. For many of us, money is not the key factor — it’s about ensuring a comfortable and memorable travel experience, as we don’t travel often. 2️⃣ Itinerary Misses: The itinerary mentioned Dubai 360° View – Palm Jumeirah, but this spot was not visited and was replaced with Miracle Garden. I felt disappointed to miss such an iconic attraction. I would have gladly paid extra for it, just as I did for Museum of the Future and AYA Universe. 3️⃣ Tea Arrangements: Throughout the trip, there was no afternoon tea arranged on any day. Considering most Indian travelers are used to having morning and evening tea, adding this small touch would make the experience even better. 4️⃣ Travel Accessories: Generally, international tour packages include a small side leather bag to carry passports and documents, but that was not provided even after the trip was completed. ✅ Positives: Food arrangements, hotels, and transport (both car and bus) were excellent. Everything was well organized and comfortable, which added great value to the trip experience. 🔹 This is not a complaint — just constructive feedback to help improve future tours. Special thanks to Ms. Tithi Dhar (SOTC, Salt Lake, Kolkata) for her outstanding cooperation and prompt responses to every query — truly very supportive and professional. Also, heartfelt thanks to Tour Manager Mr. Siddharth Bhoir — a genuinely nice person who guided and assisted us throughout the journey with great care and patience. Our initial booking for East Europe tour on 16/10/2025 has postponed. So we are being booked with a European tour company as we cannot travel on the postponed date.
