Had a wonderful experience joining SOTC group tour to Europe this Durgapuja. Booked the tour thru SOTC New Town where excellent customer service was extended right from enquiry till the tour execution. Very professional and committed team at SOTC New town ( Rahul Bharati & Debarati Nag) and so was the Tour Manager cum guide ( Sanjoy Ghosh). The itinerary was meticulously designed and covered all major tourist spots. Meals served was superb and on time with great time management all through the trip. Tickets for all cruise, museum, parks , cable cars etc were done in advance and check in , check out at designated hotels were smoothly handled with nil waiting time!! Great memorable trip indeed.

It was a wonderful tour of Europe, covering all important and famous spots of the Europe within the given time. Tour was organised very well and it was comfortable too, our tour manager was also excellent guiding us all along, a memorable and enjoyable trip in deed. Our group was a homogeneous one representing all parts of India which added value to our trip.
Our pre-travel arrangement was done by SOTC Newtown Branch very efficiently, their customer friendly approach particularly by Ms Debarati Nag was par excellence, sometimes going beyond expectations

We had a wonderful experience with SOTC(Newtown branch) for organising our trip to Thailand, covering Krabi and Phuket. Everything was well planned, from flights and transfers to hotels and sightseeing. The itinerary was thoughtfully curated with a great balance of leisure and exploration. So far been on two tours with SOTC, and liked it a lot. Planning is systematic and the tours are well organised. This time was on customised tour to S. Korean with family and had a lovely time with a leisure day on the last day. SOTC New Town Branch, Kolkata managed the tour this time. Debarati Nag was the one who handled it, she was proactive and helpful during the entire process, even clearing doubts and concerns at unseeming hours. Thanks Debarati!

The trip was really good. The tour guides were very humble and helpful. Kudos to Aloysius and Manjeet. The transportation management was done perfectly. The crowd were very interactive.
Just a small point that i felt was the time could have been utilised in a better way.
For example, in the last day we could have taken the direct flight to india from singapore and that could have given us time for shopping or some local site seeing.
Otherwise, it was a great trip overall.
My next trip will be also with SOTC i guess.

Dear All,
Would like to share my feelings spinning around the recent trip to Thailand [Phuket, Pattaya, Bangkok] with my family. SOTC had organized the entire trip and it was a customized one. Trip duration was 13 days.
In quick time they(SOTC) had made suitable arrangements starting from booking the flight tickets and Good Hotels ending up to fulfilling all my/our needs as per our choice. They were extremely professional and all transactions happed very smoothly. The private vehicles that they had arranged for had been descent, clean and spacious and we enjoyed every ride without any hassle. The hotels that they had arranged for us had been excellent with variety of food options available for the breakfast. Their location was also an added advantage since either they were in city centers or very close to the seashore.
There had been many events in which we participated starting from Phuket Fantasea, Coral Island in Pattaya ending up to Safari Park in Bangkok. Since the trip was on New Year's eve, the fireworks which we had enjoyed was an added boom.
Would also like to mention that in spite of having too many events all throughout the trip plus taking into consideration that we had gone during peak time [Year end; New Year eve], the money I had to spend was affordable and well within my reach.
Overall, the trip was fascinating with loads of special memories to be cherished by all of us down the time line.
So, MANY THANKS to SOTC for making every arrangement and in the process making the trip a real smooth and exciting ride full of good energy and vibes.
