We had a wonderful experience with them during our Singapore-Malaysia tour. Right from the conception of the itinerary, they were extremely helpful and cooperative. Mr. Abhijeet Kumar was our primary contact throughout. Apart from remarkable hospitality and his availability round the clock, he also was very spontaneous, including all wishes in our itinerary in the most practical manner. The arrangement was flawless, and we didnt have to worry about any formalities including drivers, cars, transfers, hotels, entry tickets or any paperwork like Visa or Arrival Cards. We look forward to travelling with them again soon.

To say we had a good experience would be an understatement. Mr. Haider Ali went above and beyond to assist us with booking our Europamundo Japan tour through SOTC. Not only did he offer us the best possible price, but his support throughout the entire process was absolutely flawless.
From our very first interaction, everything was handled seamlessly online, and we never had to visit the office. Mr. Ali efficiently managed all arrangements while patiently addressing our queries and requirements through email, WhatsApp, and phone.
What truly stood out was his exceptional patience, professionalism, and responsiveness, which are qualities that are increasingly rare. No matter the time or question, he was always warm, polite, and eager to help.
If you’re planning any travel through SOTC, I cannot recommend Mr. Ali and his team highly enough. Our entire experience was reassuring, transparent, and completely hassle-free.
P.S. The tour itself was operated by Europamundo, not SOTC. This review pertains solely to the booking and pre-tour arrangements handled by SOTC. My comments here do not reflect on Europamundo’s operations while we were in Japan.

My overall experience is good. I will advice to include Landour in Mussoorie tour programme. There should be an arrangement with hotel in Mussoorie particularly so that small car can be arranged seperately for visiting narrow and high gradient areas like Landour and other similar areas when the tourists are allotted with comparatively bigger cars. I took a small car from the hotel to visit such places having found hesitation on the part of driver with his Innova car (this should not be considered as complaint against the driver).
I got immediate response from SOTC to resolve a minor issue. All the members of our team are very happy . We will make SOTC our future partner in tour and we will also recommend our friends to consider SOTC as one of their partners.

What they say is true.. people take the time to write a bad review, but don’t necessarily take the time to put in a good review… So I thought I will take the time to share my experience with SOTC.
I have travelled extensively, but I chose to do a tour for Europe so that its easy for my parents to find veg food and they don’t need to walk too much. After a lot of research, in my parents and I chose the 10 day Cost saver European splendors tour from Paris to Germany.
The overall experience was good for us.
I'll referred SOTC to everyone specially their europe tour's are awesome.

We had known SOTC for long through our extended family and neighbor friends. Last week we had direct experience.
We wanted to take our son and his family visiting from abroad to the Darjeeling hills. Mr. Arindam Pramanik offered so good a package meeting all our specific requirements that, we promptly accepted the offer with delight.
Most regrettably, however, we had to cancel the trip due to some unforeseen developments. Immediately the advance cheque was returned, no questions asked. We much appreciate the sincerity.
SOTC staff are highly customer oriented. The dealing executive is knowledgeable and well versed in travel related rules. We definitely look forward to travel c/o SOTC in the near future.
