The Exotic Kashmir with Gulmarg Stay crafted by Ms. Riya Roy of SOTC, Kolkata was truly amazing. Customer Feedback – Japan Tour Experience
We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the overall excellent experience delivered by SOTC Travel. The trip was thoughtfully curated and well-executed, making it truly memorable and enriching.
The coordination between offshore and onshore teams was highly commendable. A special mention to Onshore assistance by Miss Riya from SOTC Dhakuria, Kolkata, was equally efficient & reassuring and offshore Tour Guide - Mr. Sourabh Nachane for his exceptional support and professionalism throughout the journey.. We would also like to appreciate Mr. Andres,our guide in Japan, whose in-depth knowledge and engaging narration of Japan’s history and culture added tremendous value to the experience.
In terms of further enhancing the experience, food arrangements could be even more enjoyable if they are aligned more closely with the preferences and demographic profile of the group. A slightly more customized approach, considering varying tastes and expectations, would elevate the overall dining experience. The cosmopolitan environment is desirable but food preferences as committed thro Indian Chefs needs to be reviewed first further improvements.
Additionally, reviewing airline selection for certain sectors could further improve traveller comfort. The experience with Malaysia Airlines, particularly on the KLM–CCU sector, indicated an opportunity to consider alternative carriers that may offer more consistent service standards.
Overall, the trip was extremely well-organized and enjoyable. With a few refinements, future experiences can be elevated even further. I look forward to travelling again with SOTC.

It was a memorable tour after 2 missed opportunities (due to Ind pak clash). The car and driver was fantastic. The hotels were good also. The Agra guide was very good and we enjoyed there very much. Ms Riya Roy helped a lot during the whole episode. There was an issue regarding safari booking in Ranathamvore but ultimately problem was resolved in due time.
