Our Vietnam tour dated 16th of October with SOTC Jodhpur Park was amazing!! Hotels food tour itineraries etc etc everything were perfect. Argha Roy (Our tour coordinator from SOTC) is so very prompt nd efficient in his job...truly touched by his personality nd behavior.

I went to South Africa with my family through SOTC Jodhpur Park Branch on a group tour called “Chamatkar South Africa Shonge Kruger O Sun City.” I had a wonderful time travelling through the beautiful country that is South Africa. SOTC had put us up in the best of hotels and had ensured that we were taken care of. Our South African tour guides and drivers Marshall,Moeketsi, Walter and Mr. Vusi really made us feel safe and welcome. Overall, we had a great trip except the air travel via Ethiopian Airlines(the airlines changed our seats while we were on the verge of boarding the aircraft and the ground staff misbehaved with us). Lastly, I would like to thank Riya who helped us book this wonderful trip.

I went to China on 29/09/25 through SOTC package Durga Puja Special. This package was known by me through Miss Riya Roy of your Jodhpur Park Branch. And she started insisting me to join the package repeatedly. Atlast I agreed and booked. Now tour has completed. It was very pleasant, comfortable and nice hospitality tour. We had an excellent experience in our recent Ladakh Tour (17.8.25 to 23.8.25). It was booked from SOTC Jodhpur Park, Kolkata branch under the guidance of Argha. The Tour very compact, the accomodations at Leh, Nubra Valley (Tent) was Good. Though the Cottage of Pangong lake wà having basic amenities, but it was manageable. The two vehicles (Tempo travellor) provided for movement was in Good condition. Both the Tour Managers Jagdishji and Deepakji were very kind and helpfull in explaning every details of tours as well as places we visited. Overall it was an excellent experience .

ANANDADAYAK Europe was undoubtedly an unforgettable experience of joy, adventure and satisfaction. Though not absolutely flawless, the management of SOTC as a whole was commendable. We registered ourselves from Jodhpur Park centre where Riya and Asish in particular rendered most sincere service.We were senior citizens and were quite nervous before taking our decision. But Riya Roy, the young girl was always there to boost our courage. The office staffers were always cordial. We are grateful to Riya Roy in particular for her concern about our comforts and security.The Europe tour is a life-time achievement for us.

Special note of appreciation for the tour manager Mr Shameer Sheikh, who managed the itenerary in wonderful manner, very sincere, good time manager, better controller of guests and a confident person who knows his job well.
A special note of appreciation for the captain of the bus Mr Hosee, who drove it in the plains, cities, highways & hills with equal ease & confidence, we haven't come across such diverse condition expert in recent times.
A big thank you to the entire team who designed the itenerary, selected tourists spots of attraction, local guides & food choices at various restaurants making us feel at home all the time. The Italian / Spanish cuisine offered at Avades Granada, Spain ranks top in our minds.
Now last but not the least, on areas of improvement, the bus for the conducted tour must have a bio toilet, as many senior citizens had to face situations. Better guidance on what to get from a particular country may be given, like get olive oils & olive oil moisturizer from Spain, wines from Bordeaux France etc.,

Just completed the European Summer Trip 2025 commenced on 2nd May to 16th May made by SOTC - Thomas Cook. Total trip was very nice. We enjoyed our best. Planning and management were fine. We didn't have to bother anything. All were managed by our Tour Manager Mr. Abhiraj Survey very competently. He was very knowledgeable, caring, having personal observance over every member of the group. We were very much satisfied with the Tour Manager.
