Recently took a tour (named Magical Dubai & Abu Dhabi) from SOTC, Baguiati branch. Right from beginning the process was very smooth as their sales team was very helpful & cordial. Like the title given to the tour, it was indeed a tour full of stunning attractions and power- packed activities. They provided very convenient flight, very good hotels for stay, sumptuous meals at very good restaurants, very comfortable coaches for travel, covering all the leading tourist attractions of Dubai & Abu Dhabi with a very knowlegeable tourist guide and over & above under the supervision of a very experienced, cooperative & jovial tour manager. Indeed the tour was a memorable one.

Myself,Gopa Banerjee, travelled whole world during my retirement period and want to homely atmosphere which is totally absent in SOTC. It is a world-wide travelling company who maintains professionalism with a minimum distance and courtesy.So one can travel with them with family,not alone,particularly an aged lady can't go alone with them.During my travelling period,, I received many such company which are famous and cooperative for an single and aged lady.Some bitter experiences,may I share!
There are 32 people at asadharan puja Etalia tour which started from 26th September 2025 to 4th October 2025.Maximum all are Bengalees people,who criticized every time with my all manners, behaviours and activities, except two or three couple,as if, they are very sober and their etiquette are very nice,whereas I am not.
Moreover,our guide is a perfect gentlemen and always tried to help all visitors,though at the midst of Vatican city tour time,provoked by them,rebuked and insulted me to change group.From Italy to Kolkata I travelled only depend on that guide,who rebuked,I am kid and unable to compromise.
However,the tour completed in a successfull way.

We are writing to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding travel experience you organized for us, Mr. Kaushik Chandra and Family, on our recent 8-night, 9-day trip through Rajasthan.
The journey from Jaipur to Udaipur was truly memorable, and we especially want to highlight the excellent arrangements and service provided:
Accommodation and Food: The hotels in Jaipur and Jaisalmer were exceptional—the quality of the accommodation and the food at both locations were superb. We also thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the comfort provided by the hotel in Udaipur.
A Special Mention for Our Driver/Guide: The most remarkable part of our trip was our dedicated guide-cum-driver. His professionalism, excellent driving skills, and genuinely good nature enhanced our entire experience. Having him with us for the entire 9 days made the trip comfortable, informative, and truly special. Please extend our deepest regards to him.
A Note on Feedback: While the trip was fantastic overall, we did encounter a minor miscommunication at the Jodhpur hotel. We trust this was an isolated incident and are confident that such issues will be avoided in future arrangements.
