Very pleasant experience throughout the deal and tour. Sales Manager Shri Girvar ji helped us in getting visa in short time and answering all questions before the trip. In the trip, our tour manager, Ghanshyam ji made tour a remembering experience.

Overall experience was great
Girvar Singh was very helpful from booking our trip to providing all the details and documents for the tour
During our tour Nihal Kothare was looking tired,he is a very knowledgable tour manager but was not very enthusiastic to tell about the monuments while visiting them
He provided all the informations before hand but was reluctant to take more questions
Japanese tour guide was a wonderful lady but was very poor at explaining the things about the monuments
At times there was ego issues between the tour managers
Hope company should take note of these suggestions and improve

1. Once the tour to Kashmir was planned and SOTC was approached to finalize , the staff posted at Jaipur, namely Mr Rahul and Mr Girvar were prompt enough to be in regular touch with clock precision and chalk out the itinerary of the entire program....whenever some document was needed , they never failed to deliver me at the appointed hour through the courier or SOTC official.
2 Financially too, i was granted the रॉयल्टी बोनस
3.The tickets for were delivered well in time .
4.The guide at Srinagar airport was ready to receive us and the hotel quality at various destinations was very good
5. द फूड क्वालिटी was excellent.
6. the tour guide मिस्टर प्रसाद भिलारे was very punctual at every point each day.
7. The only drawback of the entire tour as felt by all the 20 members of the tour was lack of purchasing guidance and failure of the SOTC to take us to one or two local touch points for good shopping .
8. But get shell not deter me in recommending SOTC to my friends and near and dear ones, once for all !!!
9. Me is already a loyal sotc tourist and remain so life long
