I have recently booked one week's leisure tour to Bali (Wonders of Bali) through SOTC, for the first time with the company. My experience in the booking has been highly satisfying, more than I forsaw and imagined before doind it. 1. An Amazing Trip of 7 days to Singapore (including 2 nights on cruise to Mallaka) was planned and organised in a very efficient way by SOTC.
2. The entire credit goes to Mr Ashok Prajapati, Dy Manager Sales, SOTC Jaipur who firstly made it financially viable and ensured that all our needs are met.
3. We had some specific requirements keeping in mind kids and aged Parents which he ensured throughout our journey, even by going out of his comfort zone.
4. The Team involved with us at singapore was very efficient. They even catered for our impromptu requirements of shopping and transportations. It was indeed a satisfying tour for all of us. My good wishes to SOTC.

The 14 N - 15 D European Whirl Summer International Group Tour of SOTC , which started on 22nd September, 2024, ended on 6th October, 2024 with so many sweet memories and experiences beyond our expectations. I have no words to express myself. We were provided much more than what was promised.
In this context, I would like to mention below the names of two *Gems* of SOTC who left no stone unturned in making our trip a memorable.
1) Mr Ashok Prajapati, Dy. Manager, Sales, Jaipur office.
We met Mr Prajapati first time at Hotel Om Tower on 21st July, 2024. He was so impressive in explaining the tour program that we booked the tour on the spot. From that day he helped us on every step to complete the formalities including VISA. He was available on-line round the clock to assist us, not only in India but also during the tour as well. He had promised us so many things and I feel proud to say that he not only fulfilled his promises but much more than that. God bless him.
2) Mr Deepak Sawant, Our Tour Manager.
Before this, we had been to SOTC's foreign tours 3-4 times. Though all the tour managers were good, but Mr Deepak is, no doubt, the best of all. He has all the qualities and experience of a successful manager. His knowledge about UK-Europe is extraordinary. He managed the tour in a commendable and smooth way. He is of Jolly nature but at the same time strict also, whenever situation warranted. He is very caring. We all lived like a family due to his efforts. God bless him.
