We recently completed a wonderful 17-day Europe tour in April with our family of 7 members, and it was truly a memorable experience. The entire trip was very well planned and smoothly organized by Mr. Argha Guha Roy from SOTC Howrah Branch.
From visa assistance to hotel bookings, sightseeing, transportation, and overall coordination, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Mr. Argha Guha Roy was always helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the journey planning process, which made our travel completely stress-free.
The itinerary was perfectly designed, allowing us to enjoy the beauty and culture of Europe comfortably with family. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by SOTC Howrah Branch and would highly recommend Mr. Argha Guha Roy to anyone planning an international vacation.

I have recently completed 17 Days Grand Tour of Europe( Summer 2026-Premium) with my spouse. We both are senior citizens(74 & 69 years respectively) & initially hesitated to go for 17 days tour but Branch Manager Mr. Argha Roy of SOTC, Kolkata did a splendid job by motivating us & his support service was excellent. We live in Mumbai & booked our trip from the above mentioned office of SOTC & didn't face any problem because Mr. Argha Roy provided remote support as & when required with perfection. It is also to mention that excellent management skill of our Tour Manager in Europe, Mr. Amit Negandhi made our tour a pleasant & memorable one.
We are looking forward to go for other suitable tours with SOTC in future.

Japan tour was as per itinerary with very good hotels and Indian food. I would be happier if I had chance to taste local food as an option.
Overall it was very enjoyable.

I travelled with S. O. T. C for a 5N/6D(1.3.2026-6.3.2026) trip to The Andamans with my 11 year old daughter and 79 year old mother. The entire trip was efficiently arranged by Mr. Argha Roy, branch manager,S.O.T.C Kolkata. The tour manager Mr. Sunil Yadav was very coorporative and helpful. We, the 3 ladies were absolutely secured and had a memorable vacation. I personally recommend S. O. T. C as a perfect tour guide to all the viewers.

We had booked the Dubai and Abu Dhabi trip at the last moment, with hardly less than a month to prepare. Despite the short timeframe, SOTC did an excellent job in planning and executing the tour seamlessly.
A special thanks to Arghya, the Branch Manager of the SOTC Howrah outlet, for his constant support throughout the entire process.
Overall experience with SOTC was truly very good,the trip was well managed and perfectly executed.
Regarding forex services, I also had a very good experience with Abir. I received continuous support, and even while I was in Dubai, both Arghya and Abir were always available and helpful whenever needed.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I am sharing a few glimpses of the tour.
