I traveled to Sri Lanka with my family (4 members) on 20/12/25 for a 7-day tour organized by SOTC. I would like to share my feedback regarding our experience.
While certain aspects of the tour were satisfactory, there were several issues that affected our overall experience:
1. The itinerary was changed without proper prior communication. I believe it was due to the flood situation in Sri Lanka, however, the changed location were totally not upto mark.
2. Due to negligence on the part of the guide, we missed some important sightseeing locations.
3. The lunches provided outside the hotel were not up to the expected standard.
4.On a positive note, the hotels, breakfasts, and dinners were good and met our expectations.
Overall, I would rate the experience 3 out of 5, as it was a mix of good and disappointing moments. Given SOTC's strong reputation, I believe these drawbacks should be taken seriously so that future tours can be better planned and executed.
I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service and ensures a more seamless experience for other travelers.

Me and my sister went with Sotc to Europe tour and we found it really amazing .. My trip to europe this time will always be memorable. The staff and every one of Sotc was very cooperative and managed everything from visa to the end day of our trip. Thank you Sotc . Very good experience. Though Madagaskar is considered as a third world country, arrangement is excellent.
Thanks to SOTC for arranging this tour. Hotels are excellent with limited breakfast. But it was excellent.

It was wonderful experience , amazing, no words to explain. Sales and service team, both were very helpful and cooperative, special thanks to Nandan and Souvik of SOTC , Guwahati. But regarding hotels , we missed night life of Europe , except seine cruise , a must to be revised is location of hotels, which are toooooo far from the main city and it took almost two hours drives to reach the main spot , everywhere. Please pay attention to this matter. Journey time by bus, on road also took many time, specially the last day. Out of 14 days , we lost total 3 days in travelling only on highways. In other words we visited Europe high ways through SOTC. In main spots, less time was given as we had to reach hotels by 7 pm , local time, as it was toooo far, for dinner, which could have been upto 9 pm. After 5 pm local time, we were not given time to visit any place. Europe tour is a dream tour , where time is everything. Hope SOTC will take corrective action in near future. Guide was excellent, very experienced, well mannered, and took care of everything and everybody personally.
