Excellent experience. Got my UK booking done by Mr. Gautam Rawat. He is excellent at his job. My Visa processing is being done by Mr. Sayed Asgar and Mr. Sumer . Recently we had undertaken a package holiday tour to Bali from 27 February to 2 March 2026 with SOTC. The tour package was excellently planned by SOTC, particularly the tour manager Madhumita Upadhyaya focused on the seamless integration of premium services like airport transfers, hotel transfers, intercity transport, sightseeing visits in Kuta Bali, provided exclusive comfortable fully air-conditioned SUV vehicle for the entire tour from airport to airport in Bali, well planned itinerary exploring local experiences. The entire holiday tour was well organized, stress-free logistics—private transfers, high-end, provided well-located luxurious villa cum resort with exclusive swimming pool in Seminyak, and knowledgeable, friendly / humble guide—coupled with authentic, high-quality Indian food at top-rated, hygienic restaurants. Curated tour itineraries include unique activities like Bali Swings, iconic Tanah Lot sunset visits, engaging in water sports (parasailing, jet skiing, Banana ride) at Benoa. The knowledge of the guide provided by the tour operator in Bali is a highlight of the tour, his humble behaviour, local support, and patience helped a lot with the tour. Specifically, thanks to the tour operator for identifying the "best restaurants" that served authentic Indian food. This is a high value for any Indian travelers. In the itinerary two days’ spare time allocated to the tourists out of five effective days of tour (excluding two days travel time) has no logic. Instead of silver village and Ubud Wood Carving site visits in the itinerary, it is better to include Ganga Tirth cum Garden and Gateway to Heaven visits in Karangasem and Nusa Island visit for iconic beaches would have made the logical conclusion of the entire itinerary particularly for Indian tourists. These two days programs were planned by us with the help of local guide. In a nutshell we want to express our sincere gratitude to the Tour operators for the impeccably planned Bali tour. The operator’s choice of luxury resorts in Seminyak Bali exceeded our expectations. Special thanks to guide in Bali, whose local insights and punctuality made visits to the Nusa Island beaches were remarkable.

We senior citizens have booked group tour wonder of Vietnam with cambodia which will start on 15th Dec. 2025 through Mr. Rahul SOTC sector 28, Gurgaon. His behaviour and conduct is very nice and he supported us in booking the trip. We will again share feedback once the trip is over, hoping for having a great experience

We had booked a Europe trip in June 2025 with SOTC and it turned out a very memorable tour. All the hotels, transfers , sightseeing were well planned and beautifully guided through out the trip. SOTC London n Europe tour we had in May 2024 was really amazing. It was wonderful experience .We had Mr Vijay Avaram as our tour manager.. Throughout the whole trip he managed the tour of 46 people together so nicely. He was very helpful n supportive all the times. It was a bit hectic for us as we are senior citizens. And another thing there were some hotels which didn’t have electric kettles and glasses to even drink water. There were paper glasses to have water. So kindly look into this matter , so that next group can have better facilities.. Harshita who is working for SOTC here …. Very helpful n supportive during our entire journey… Thanks SOTC🙏

Had booked a Turkey Holiday with SOTC for 10 days in May-June’24. Visited Istanbul, Cappadocia and Antalya. All Air ticket/Hotel bookings, airport transfers and sightseeing in each city were very well taken care of by the executive incharge of my holiday. Had a very satisfying experience. SOTC helped me plan my trip to UK and Europe. Jumping straight to appreciate the hard work by Harshita Ramdiya. I always wanted a customized trip than a group tour. However, planning everything with your daily work is extremely difficult. Harshita not only planned everything from booking visa appointments to booking all the attractions including the under sea London to Paris train and a day visit to Lake Como but also ensured everything was alright during the stay there. Moreover, the river boat dinner reflected how well she understands your expectations, a trait that is very rare. I could express my concerns and expectations easily and did not encounter any issue while traveling. SOTC should promote employees like Harshita. Despite her strong commitment in planning, I was a bit shocked to see the delay at SOTCs end for a refund on a canceled attraction. Still, i recommend SOTCs services to all seeing the commitment and enthusiasm of employees like Harshita!

Our Cherry blossom tour to Japan starting from 5th April was wonderful. It was a group tour of 38 persons, in which everybody enjoyed the company. Arrangement, site seeing , transportation , Indian food was excellent. Our tour manager Mr Nishat and tour guide Ms Uiki did very hard work to make the trip successful and memorable. We could see the flowering cherry tree in most of the places.

Tour to Japan turned out to be excellent. Mr Anil Yadav of SOTC handled the pre tour activities very nicely. He was very responsive and spontaneous every time some issue was raised by us. Entire team of SOTC is very professional. Jee it up to serve compulsory travellers like us. Looking forward to many more tours with SOTC
