My husband and myself (both of us senior citizens) recently traveled to Vietnam through SOTC Travels, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
Ms. Mahalakshmi (SOTC, Nungambakkam, Chennai) handled everything with great care and professionalism and even provided the wheel chair option at all airports.
She personally discussed every detail with me, from flight tickets to hotel stays.
She also guided me clearly on currency requirements and travel planning.
Because of her support, the entire trip was completely hassle-free.

Good communication and response to queries. Even after two days making payment to Sotc travel Ltd account, receipt is not acknowledged. You have to improve in this field. I have been reminding Ms Ritikaa who booked the tour about the receipt for booking advance 70,000 and another payment of 133951. But I feel she is helpless because it is with Mumbai HO.

Last week I travelled along with my family to Hongkong, Macau and Shenzhen through SOTC. The tour was organised in excellent manner by the tour operator. They have given sufficient time to explore and enjoy all the tour attractions as mentioned in the package.
Mr Alison D'SOUZA was the tour manager for our trip. He is well experienced and taken care of the group very nicely. Local guide services were arranged to explain the history and importance.
At SOTC office in Chennai , Ms Swetha of sales department booked our tour and provided best services in collection of tour cost, visa process and issue of air ticket and tour voucher.
Overall the tour was very nice and memorable. With such experience I will recommend SOTC to my friends and relatives for any foreign tour.

I am very much pleased to give my feedback about the nine days tour of Azerbaijan and Georgia.
We three friends, myself, D Subramani and Palani Yadav booked our tour with SOTC Numgambakkam thanks to the initiative of Ms. Mahalakshmi.Mam. Sandiya and Ms. Mahalakshmi had done excellent job to get visas for us particularly for me. But for the sincere efforts of Mahalakshmi and Sandiya I would not have got my visa for Georgia ,would have lost my opportunity to visit Azerbaijan and Georgia.
My heartfelt thanks to them.
On 6th October we reached Baku air port where we ourselves and all the participants of the tour were given warm welcome by Mam. Padmini Mane .
From day one to last day of our tour Padmini Mam had taken great care for our safety,comfortable stay and delicious food etc. The tour was well organised, beautifully planned and ended in great success due to the earnest efforts taken, interest evinced by Mam Padmini. The credit for success goes to Padmini and Padmini only.
She is an asset to SOTC/ Thomas Cook. Her pleasing manners, patient hearing to the views and conceding to the requests of the participants cannot be described in words. She really owes our sincere appreciation and gratitude. She deserves even out of turn promotion in Thomas Cook/ SOTC. The local guides Sevin and Nina engaged for both the countries were very good and have accomplished the task entrusted to them in an excellent manner . Our hearty congratulations to them.
They are god combination to Padmini Mam.

The kind Courtesy shown and the very good services rendered by Madam Ritika and her colleagues whenever we visited the SOTC office is highly appreciable. The arrangements made and the quality of services provided for our tour of Dubai & Abu Dhabi from 19th to 24th Sept 25 were excellent. The hospitality shown and the personal care given to us by our tour managers Mr. Moin Sheik and Mr. Atul Sharma is highly commendable.
Indeed our trip to Dubai & Abu Dhabi has been a memorable one because of SOTC and involvement of Thomas Cook also in this venture.

Very nicely organised Europe trip with Rohan bhai. they guided us very well what to do. what to not do. Nice explanation of tourists place by him & some time local guide. My suggestion to improve breakfast southindian dish like idly, dosa, umpama, North indian dish like alupawa, paratha
Then improved lunch in swarosaki,quality in tasta& quantity portion prepare lunch @ Germany. We had nice good never ever forgetable memories.

We just returned from a memorable trip of Canadian Rockies through SOTC. (21st June 2025 to 29th June 2025).
Ms. Mahalakshmi Executive at Nungambakkam branch was very helpful with paperwork and enquiring about our welfare throughout the trip. Our heartfelt thanks to her.
Our appreciation for the tour manager Ms. Sonali Piprodia. Ms. Sonali is an exceptionally good manager with excellent management skills. Apart her patience her knowledge about every detail of every place visited & hospitality shown is well appreciated. In spite of a hectic travel schedule managing fifty plus guests she promptly posted every day the next day's itinerary & weather. Personally took care of our food preferences. The responsible and caring nature of Sonali has filled our hearts with joy.
Mr Benim who was our driver throughout our trip is well dressed, well disciplined. vigilant & cheerful person. We felt very safe driving with him.
The hotels were also good & comfortable.
We had an absolutely fantastic time, helped by your companies amazing organization and all your great staff.
