We had an excellent tour of Japan & China. SOTC has done a commendable job in preparing a nice itinerary, choosing good hotels, outstanding Tour Manager ( Vinod) and guides ( Julia & Lily). I am Nripesh Sood. Along with my wife and my parents, we travelled to Dubai on 28th February through SOTC. On the very first day after reaching Dubai, we got to know about the tense war-like situation in the region due to the Iran–America–Israel conflict, and soon the airspace got closed. This made us extremely anxious, especially because my parents have health concerns.
During this difficult time, Mr. Prince Chauhan from the SOTC Chandigarh office supported us continuously. He stayed in touch with us day and night through calls and messages, reassuring us and coordinating with the SOTC Operations Team and the Mumbai Head Office to find a solution. Since many flights were cancelled due to the airspace closure, the situation became very stressful, but Mr. Prince never lost hope and kept trying to arrange a safe return for us.
After continuous efforts and dedication, he successfully managed to arrange our flight from Dubai to Delhi, and we safely landed in India on 5th March. We truly appreciate his hard work, patience, and commitment during such a critical time.
We noticed that many travelers who had made their own bookings were still struggling at the airport in Dubai, but thanks to SOTC and Mr. Prince Chauhan, our journey back home was managed smoothly.
We will never forget the support we received. We sincerely thank SOTC and wish Mr. Prince Chauhan great success in his career. Keep up the excellent service and dedication towards your clients.
