We had a wonderful experience during our Malaysia and Singapore tour. All the hotels provided were very good. Especially we had heard that hotels in Singapore are very cramped but the one which we got was spacious enough.
A large part of the credit goes to our tour manager, Mr. Allison. From the very beginning till the end of the tour, he was extremely professional, well-organised, and approachable. His thorough knowledge of the itinerary, local culture, and attractions helped us understand and appreciate each destination better.
Mr. Allison managed the group efficiently, ensured punctuality without making the schedule feel rushed, and handled all logistics smoothly. He was always patient in answering questions, proactive in resolving any issues, and made sure every traveller—especially families and children—felt comfortable and cared for. His calm demeanor, clear communication, and positive attitude created a very pleasant travel atmosphere throughout the journey.
We would also like to specially appreciate Mr. Jay Shinde, who was primarily the tour manager for another group but went out of his way to ensure we were well taken care of. Despite his primary responsibilities, he was always supportive, helpful, and approachable, and his assistance added great value to our overall travel experience.
A special mention to Mr. Devraj Sinh Rathod, Manager at the Ahmedabad branch, who was extremely supportive right from the planning stage. He guided us patiently through the booking process, addressed all our queries promptly, and ensured a smooth and hassle-free pre-departure experience. His professionalism and customer-oriented approach gave us great confidence in choosing SOTC/Thomas Cook for our holiday.
