Edit:- 2/04/2026 Our second trip with SOTC was with Sri Lanka was from 22nd to 27th May. We are disappointed with that trip as the tour guide was extremely unprofessional. Some places on the itinerary were missed. The English was not understandable. We were delayed everyday by 30 mins at least. Places outside itinerary like buying fruits, souvenirs at the request of only 2-3 passengers were covered. The entire tourist bus was stopped at places outside itinerary. As a result of which places like Odel and Boulevard were missed. Last day the entire tour of Colombo couldn’t be done properly. At the middle of the trip itself feedback was asked. Also the places where the bus stopped for lunch, the service was so delayed that we got delayed unnecessarily. This was very unlike the fantastic SOTC service which we had while visiting Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. U guys should provide consistently good service to your customers. And not take it for granted once the customer has given good review for the first service. ALSO after our first trip we got calls consistently for 6 days regarding feedback of their service, but this time no calls and follow ups since I had registered complaints via their official email ID. Hence the rating decreased from 5 to 3 stars PREVIOUS REVIEW:- Recently completed a tour of Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore with SOTC, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, and the team provided prompt action and replies to every query we had. The tour managers were highly responsible, and the local guides were truly amazing. I would especially like to mention CJ Han, who is an outstanding person and an exceptional guide in Singapore. He frequently went out of his way to assist travelers, and his explanations were always clear, precise, and insightful. Additionally, Pookie, our local guide in Thailand, was fantastic and made our guided tour experience significantly better. Finally, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Ankan Das from the SOTC Tollygunge branch, who handled our booking. His actions were incredibly prompt, and he was always on time. There was never a delay in his responses; even while we were on the trip, he was constantly there for us to ensure everything went smoothly.

Very good experience booking an europe trip with SOTC. Would like to mention about Jayanta Banerjee who guided us with the booking till end of trip. Also the tour manager Marina Coutinho did an outstanding job in taking the group through busy tourist spots of paris,switzerland,austria and Italy.
